Yum, Meatball subs are always a hit at our parties.
We just get some small hoagie buns, and fill them with meatballs and provolone cheese, or mozzarella cheese.
Buy the pre-made meatballs in the frozen section, add some spaghetti sauce, your preference of spices, and cook in a crock pot. The guest can make their own sub and help themselves right out of the crock pot.
This Chicken Salad is so yummy, and add it with a croissant, and its even more heavenly.
