Sparkling Fruit Sangria

I realize now, maybe I should have posted this recipe on Friday so all of you could enjoy it then.

But hey at least now you have all week to go and get the ingredients by this next weekend right?

I love Sangria, but I love homemade
fresh Sangria even more!

This recipe is super easy, and fairly cheap,
and will impress your guests this summer!

So what will you need?

Ok, here's the low down...

Lemon Lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up)
A Bag of frozen mixed fruit
2 oranges
1 can of peaches
Red Wine

I love Boxed wine for occasions like this.
I usually don't drink red wine, but the great thing about boxed wine is you can store it and bring out two weeks later a month later, or longer.

Add 1/2 bag of mixed berries

Isn't this picture so pretty?

Then add the peaches (whole can, don't drain), one cut orange into thin slices,
2 cups of Sprite, and the rest wine.

Use the other orange to garment your wine glass.

It's so yummy and easy to make,
you'll be thanking me,
and so will your guests.
Just sayin!

Thanks so much for tuning in!
Until Next time...

  1. It looks so good! I don't really like wine, but with the addition of sprite and syrup, and all those pretty fruits, it must taste much better :)

    1. Yes, its very sweet, so you won't really feel like your drinking wine.

  3. Looks good! I don't usually drink red wine, but a good sangria is always a nice excuse. I wonder if there's a way to make without the soda??

    1. Definitely, you can make it without it. The Sprite just makes it a little sweeter.
