12 Days of Christmas, Day 12: The Best Banana Nut Bread

Hello and Welcome to Day 12 of the
12 Days of Christmas Series!

We finally made it, whew!

I've saved the best for last in my opinion...
Banana Nut Bread Recipe

You will need:
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 very ripe bananas

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Melt the butter, and then
Slice your bananas in very thin slices.

Mix all of the ingredients together.

If you want mashed bananas (not chunks)
then use a potato masher at the end to blend it better.

Place mix into your bread loaf pans and bake for 60 minutes.

Each batch will make one bread loaf or 3 very small gift size.

If you make the small gift size, I would recommend checking on it at 40 minutes.

I also made little mini muffins that turned out quite yummy too!

Thanks so much for tuning in,
and have a very
Merry Christmas!
