Good Morning, and Happy Tuesday!
Welcome to Day 5 of the
My family can’t WAIT until Christmas,
which is just around the corner.
They LOVE to eat anything pumpkin, and for all of you with similar taste, then you'll for sure want to make your family and friends today's post :
delish Pumpkin Pie Dip!
This unique pumpkin treat came
from my friend Minnou.
She's not a blogger yet. And I say yet, because hopefully after today's post she'll have the courage to venture out here in blogger land!
Minnou first served this at her Thanksgiving Dinner and her guests loved it so much they are requesting it again for Christmas.
The best part (well besides how yummy it is),
is how simple it is to make.
Four essential ingredients and you can add ginger snap or graham cookies, apple or pear slices to scoop up the dip when it's done.
Here is what you need:
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 15 oz pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
Ginger snaps, graham crackers,
pear or apple slices if desired
It will serve 10 easily as an appetizer or just
as an anytime fun dip.
And the simple directions are:
In a food processor or mixer, combine cream cheese and sugar.
Mix until smooth.
Then add pumpkin pie filling, cinnamon and mix until smooth.
Cover and chill for 6-8 hours (or put in the freezer for 1hr and next fridge for a couple of hours).
Serve with ginger snaps or graham cookies
to scoop and dip with.
Minnou's family has a sweet tooth, so she
served it with mini ginger snap cookies.
Both kids and adults will love this.
It’s a great way to introduce kids to new foods and pumpkin is an excellent source of vitamin A, good for eye health...
… but mostly this dip is just plain good to eat and oh-so easy to prepare and perfect to make with your kids helping and joining in!
Enjoy!

Thank you so much Minnou for providing such a yummy recipe!
Sounds yummy!

What a perfect and festive idea for the holidays! I love how this Pumpkin Pie Dip combines all the cozy flavors of the season in such an easy-to-make treat. The tip about pairing it with ginger snaps or fruit slices is great for variety, too. This sounds like something that could become a new family tradition—kind of like those quirky challenges in a Bitlife game, but in real life with delicious results!
ReplyDeleteWell, pumpkin pie dip certainly sounds intriguing. It's Christmas time, and this could be great! I can see why Minnou's friends wanted it again. What a unique and simple dish to add to our list of holiday recipes. Once, trying to quickly whip up a dessert for a last minute game night, I discovered the friday night funkin limitations of my pantry led to a similarly improvised but surprisingly delightful creation. This dip sounds much better, though!
ReplyDeleteThere’s something truly wonderful about involving children in the kitchen, especially with simple, healthy recipes like this pumpkin dip. Not only does it make trying new foods fun, but it also creates lasting memories. I recall once struggling to get my niece to try vegetables until we made a similar recipe together—she loved it so much, Omegle couldn’t have distracted her from the excitement! This dip is a perfect blend of nutrition and enjoyment.

ReplyDeleteThere’s something magical about how food brings people together, especially during the holidays. Pumpkin flavors give a warm, comforting feeling that instantly lifts spirits. I remember once trying to create a pumpkin dessert from scratch, only to realize I forgot a key ingredient; luckily, a quick run to Monkey Mart saved the day, and the treat turned out delicious. This pumpkin pie dip sounds like a perfect, easy recipe to try with loved ones!
