my favorite summer recipes with you.    

  We are enjoying some beautiful spring weather, which brings out the neighbors, and lots of potlucks and picnics.  The Couscous Salad I'm sharing with you today is the perfect dish to take along to your spring and summer outings, and is sure to be a big hit.  

 Why is it perfect?  It's healthy, quick, frugal, and delicious!  Additionally, it does not contain any ingredients that could potentially be questionable if left out for a longer period of time.
