Painting with Homeright

Happy Monday guys!
Today, I am going to share my painting experience in the guest bathroom.
Remember the other day I showed you the before photos, and then showed you how to take up wallpaper?

Well, then I painted it. And I was so lucky as to have HomeRight sponsor it.
HomeRight Brand Ambassadors

Yay, thank you HomeRight!

I really love this company. And I'm not just saying that. Their products are really high quality without a high price. They are very affordable!
Remember I used their sprayer for my table?

Well this time they provided me with their paint stick applicator and their Quick Painter Pad Edge Painter.

Ok, so let me tell you first how easy it was use this Paint Stick Applicator. You connect a plastic lid to your paint can and then then just connect your stick to the spout and pull up like a syringe and waa-laa you have instant paint in your stick and you don't have a messy tray to dip it in and you don't have to re-dip all the time. It was a super duper time saver. I unfortunately forgot to take pictures of  that process so here's a video (not mine) to show you how easy it is to get the paint in the applicator.

Just like the commercial it really is so much easier to apply it and it's super quick. Its also super easy to push the paint through the applicator.

Now unlike that commercial, mine came with a guard. Which ensures it won't spill or leak at all. Its also great to use to keep you from going to high on the wall and getting paint on the ceiling.

Don't pay attention to the commercials price, they are only $30 now. And you can buy them online or in stores at Home Depot and Lowes.

Now for those edges and up near the ceiling, this handy dandy  Quick Painter Pad Edge Painter makes it so much easier. Just like the roller you can just suck up the paint into your Edge painter.

Now I had to learn this the hard way, but when you need more paint, don't push the trigger while on painting on the wall. Take it off turn the pad facing you and very slowly pull the trigger. Just one squirt goes a long way. I pulled the trigger while painting on the wall and I did have a big mess. The paint came gobbing out.

Now this is in my bathroom, and its a small bathroom, so it was very hard to get good photos. But here are some of the after photos.

And by the way the color is Toffee by Behr. I used a interior satin deep base.

Thank you HomeRight! You made my painting so much easier and so much quicker!

I have more makeover posts to share with you, so be sure to stay tuned!
Until next time...
