2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cupcakes

Just in time, for Thanksgiving, and with no fuss!

Yes, the title is really true!!!

These cupcakes or some could call them muffins, only have 2 ingredients in them!

Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix and
 Pumpkin Pie Filling.

My mom made these the other day,
and I was so amazed when she told me
there were only those two ingredients.

Mix the two together stir vigorously with a spoon,

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Place the mix into cupcake holders if desired, and then bake in a muffin tin.

Do not follow the cupcake instructions.
 Instead keep checking on them.
You kind of just have to take them out and check them. They will only rise a little and the color won't change much. You don't want them to look brown, if they do the bottom will be burnt.

And the icing is super easy too!

I just got Pillsbury Cream Cheese Icing, and added about 1 tablespoon of vanilla and about 2 teaspoons  cinnamon.
Stir and swirl on your cupcake after it cools.

These literally only took 30 minutes from start to finish
(that includes the icing time).

They taste amazing!

Thanks so much for tuning in,
See ya tomorrow night for
Worthwhile Wednesdays!

  6. These pumpkin cakes are looking super cute and yummy. I like the recipe it's just based on mainly two ingredients. They looks super moist and the inner part is looking super soft. I will surely try your this recipe. Can we use any other for outer layer garnishing other than cream cheese?
